Great user friendly apps! During my recovery from a brain surgery, I tailored a simple practice that wouldnt put pressure on my head and use it every day. I incrementally built up more poses and longer duration. Start off from 5 min practice, I m now at practice with more than 20 min and makes my body feels good and strong. Room for improvement to have more poses, music and audio cure options.
